DramaWorks Slam: Emerging Stronger Together

From the implementation of social distancing measures to the changes in business models by organisations due to the impact of COVID-19, 2020 has certainly been a wild ride for all. It was a delightful evening on 8 April whereby the members of DramaWorks and their friends met up for a virtual Slam session.

Through music and drama, they recounted their 2020 experiences with eight acts including a video performance by Averlynn Wong, poetry reading titled ‘An evil friend or..?” by Mary Soon and script recital “When the attorney is mum” by Jennifer and Seok Fun.
Thank you for keeping the passion for performance and the arts alive and may 2021 be a better and brighter year for us all!

Interested to attend DramaWorks’ virtual slams? Keep your eyes peeled on the Events & Activities tab on our website for future events!

Kai Cheong, Christopher, Li Ming, Stefan, Drake, Naomi, Kim, Mary and Larisa performed a short play, “Faber Towers”, a short story written by Reinaldo Wong.
