Looking for a place to wine and dine? From now till 30 November, indulge in a carefully curated four-course menus with wine pairing at KRGH’s The Scholar (on till 31 December), SCGH’s The Bistro or MGH’s The Restaurant@Mandalay. Go on a culinary journey with us with our *three diverse menus and get to sample wines from Italy, Argentina or France!

*Set menus are also available without wine pairing.

The Scholar Chinese Restaurant
Delight your taste buds with signature dishes from The Scholar such as Crispy Breaded Oyster and Tempura Soft-Shelled Crab with Ice Plant Salad and Black Pepper Angus Beef Tenderloin with Japanese Ramen, and discover how it can be paired with a sparkling Prosecco and full-bodied Red.

The Bistro
Be wowed by how Prosecco enhances Sous Vide Grilled Chicken Salad and a full-bodied Red brings out the flavour of your chosen main course – Grilled Ribeye Beef Tagliata, Grilled Iberico Pork Loin and Bratwurst or Pan-fried Seabass. End the meal on a sweet note with Profiteroles with Dark Chocolate Sauce and Nougat.

The Restaurant@Mandalay
Savour classic Western favourites such as Caramelised Smoked Duck Breast, Cream of Seafood Chowder and your choice of main course – Sautéed Salmon, Roast Pork Loins or Beef Ribeye Steak, paired with a glass of sparkling Prosecco and rich Red. Polish it off with a scrumptious Mini Apple Crumble with Vanilla Sauce.
