NUSS is more than a place to network or unwind—it’s a second home where Angeline Teo’s family has celebrated milestones and built memories across four generations.
A member for over 30 years, Angeline was drawn by its warm hospitality and excellent facilities. Over time, it became the heart of her family’s gatherings, where traditions are nurtured, and bonds deepened.
Her story highlights the sense of belonging and connection that NUSS fosters, uniting families and creating lasting memories across generations.
Over the years, I’ve celebrated many important milestones at NUSS, including the launch of my fourth book, Where Do I Begin?, an autobiography. We celebrated my eldest daughter’s 18th birthday at the old NUSS Guild House, and a decade later, hosted her PhD graduation dinner with over 40 guests.
Another unforgettable moment was my 55th birthday celebration, where I hosted over 100 guests, including family, friends, and associates from Australia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. The evening featured a live band, free-flowing food and wine, and a surprise three-tier cake. It was a night brimming with joy, laughter, and cherished connections.
More recently, I hosted a welcoming lunch to celebrate my grandson’s first trip to Singapore. It was heart-warming to see four generations gathered at The Bistro at Suntec City Guild House, sharing good food and cherished moments together.
NUSS has become such a big part of my life that I’ve probably visited more often than I’ve seen some relatives! I’ve often thought about creating an album titled Times of My Life at NUSS to capture all these memories. The team at The Bistro and The Bar at Suntec City Guild House always makes us feel welcome with their warm smiles and impeccable service. That’s what keeps my family and me coming back, time and again.
